This was asked here: http://forums.spiersandboden.com/index.php?topic=1083.0

As yet there has been no confirmation either way.

Sorry to report that Bellowhead won't be involved in the NYE show at the Southbank this year.

What a shame! But it means that I won't be disappointed at not being able to afford to go.

I don't know whether to be relieved or to cry!  It means I'll be able to go to Cheltenham festival, and it means I won't have to drive all the way back to Banbury with my feet feeling like raw meat (lovely  :-\), but it also means nothing to do on NYE except watch Jools Holland and wish it was last year.

Thank you for letting us know, Mark.

Ah well, we've had 2 great years :) Also, this means I will actually be able to confirm dancing on New Year's Day this year instead of being stuck in London with a hangover!

Still, the last two years have been amazing, so thank you!

Thanks for letting us know  :) I'm another one who's simultaneously sad and relieved. The last two NYEs have been the most spectacular fun, so I'm really glad I made it to both  :)

That's a shame. :( It has been great fun and I'm sorry not to make it three in a row.

Aw, really sad it's not happening, but it does mean I can do a silly murder mystery with my family instead!

Indeed - very sad. Didn't like NYE until two years ago so shall just revert to type!

When I told Ethan's Grandad it wasn't on he said "Good".  Why it should be good I don't know as he's never bothered about a) seeing the New Year in, b) spending it with me or c) anything else you can be bothered to think of.  I spent Millennium NYE on the doorstep on my own with a large gin watching someone else's fireworks while he was slumped unconscious on the settee.  The more I think about no Bellowhead the more miserable I'm getting.  Roll on November - please!

I'll be falling asleep in front of Jools Holland or over family board games again then.
