Just as well we're going to see them at Bromyard then!  I was thinking about Banbury

Nowhere too near us this time around.  Never been to Bury St Edmunds venue before though - trying to work out how long it would take to drive there - about an hour and a half each way at least I suspect.... Hum....

Well worth it - the Apex is probably my favourite venue. Excellent acoustics, comfortable seats, a really great sound, and easy to find.

Aaargh! Just realised that, having booked for Banbury, I already have a ticket for Nic Jones at Cecil Sharp House the same night!
Going to have to go to Nic Jones I think, as otherwise it will mean two trips to the caravan in rapid sucession (going there tomorrow, but have to be back for the 14th to see Chris Wood in London.)
Can anyone use the Banbury tickets? Don't want anything for them, just to know they've gone to a good home!

D'oh Maureen, I thought it was only me that did that!  Have tried to be so careful just lately, everything goes on a planner!

Well, it's not as bad as what I did earlier this year - booking the Travelodge for the Bristol Folk Festival a month too early! Didn't know until I got an email asking if I'd enjoyed my stay!

I've taken the executive decision to buy tickets for The Apex - it's almost sold out so weird seats on the side of the stalls is what we have.  So that's a lot of driving that weekend - Norwich on the Friday for Faustus and Bury on the Sunday for S&B!

Thank you Carolyn - me too! Will no doubt come to the Festival in October though.
