Oh no, now you've put it back in my head! I often get earwormed by it! (Only now, I might be earwormed by the wrong words!) (It is a good one for bellowing along to when nobody's around!)
The hurrier I go, the behinder I get

Another misheard Fire Marengo here, courtesy of the children. They've always sung "Fire a mango!" with great enthusiasm, and I rather like it. Nice mental image... ;D

Not exactly a misheard lyric.  Any other Oyster peeps wanting to sing 'Do you think that I am foolish?  Do you think that I am blind?' in the last track?

No - but as a Mawkin:Causley fan, I keep wanting to sing, "I don't give a flying ---- what the world thinks of me"!

My son wanting to know why BH were singing about "black people's eyes" when he came to visit!

I can't help bringing this up again for the new album - On Roll Alabama I hear "to destroy the commas of the north", which brings to mind some sort of grammar war, which amuses me no end. I've just realised that the real lyric is commerce  ::) ;D
