Hello, and welcome to the madhouse forum!

I heard Alone Again Or on the radio, and wondered how a Bellowhead version would sound.

I've just been learning Miles Weatherhill, and I think with John & Jon or Bellowhead would do an awesome version of it.

Cemeteries of London by Coldplay - I think it could work pretty well as a folk song :)

Plus 3 for that one - Horrible Histories has to be one of the best things on telly at the moment - quality tune wrangling!

HH is great! Some of their songs are just as good as the music about in the charts!

Having heard it yesterday on Edwin Drood, I'd love to hear Jon singing "Believe me, if all those Endearing Young Charms".
"nobody died wishing they'd done more housework"

Yes, Maureen - I could well imagine that!

I was listening to the radio earlier and heard the Crazy World of Arthur Brown singing Fire and I imagined the chaps doing that, with the organ part being replaced by the brass section. Even started arranging it in my head. Mind you, I'm not sure if Jon's voice would be right for it - maybe it's an opportunity for one of the others to shine ... ?

Brother-in-law thought this by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band might sound good done by Bellowhead (actually, anything by the Bonzos would be a giggle!)

I would love to hear a cover of "This Town Ain't Big Enough for The Both of Us" by Sparks. Just picture Jon and Paul going head to head. "And it ain't me whose gonna leave!" Classic. Come on Bellhowhead, you know it makes sense.  8) ::)
All along and down a lea!

Cropredy, August 7 - 9
Simpson Cutting & Kerr, 23.09. Cardiff
10cc, 8th October, Swansea Grand Theatre
Show of Hands, Cardiff, November 20th
Bellowhead, Cardiff, 26 November
